I am 2.8 pounds away from my goal weight and I couldn’t be anymore excited about it. With that being said, though, I’m more paranoid now than ever about getting down to the weight and staying there. I know how easy it is to gain weight unfortunately by previous experiences … Yes experiences with an s because I am an idiot. I still think the best strategy is to weigh yourself everyday so you can catch yourself before it gets too out of control. I just need to keep my goal in mind and never forget it. Ahh so close!!
