Forbes.com provides a great resource: a list of America's Best Colleges (Rankings in groups of 25) where you can find out the freshman class size, cost, and state. If you click on the name of the college, Forbes.com provides much more detailed information including student to faculty ratio, SAT range, ACT range, % of applicants admitted, application deadline, early admission dates and answers to questions by former students and current faculty.
