How to schedule classes...

I wish I would have known how to schedule classes.

I never knew that scheduling classes was so important, and can be the difference between an extra semester at college, and an extra several thousand dollars in tuition.

If I could talk to myself as a freshman, I would tell myself to talk to my advisor and get unlock my ability to schedule classes as soon as possible, and wait at the computer when my scheduling period starts, so I can get into the hardest classes to...

Freshman 15: Exercising & Healthy Eating in the Cafeteria

In college, a few slight changes to your lifestyle can really have a positive effect on staying healthy and avoiding the freshman 15.

Exercising:
I found making the gym part of my regular schedule very helpful. I knew every semester there was a specific time I went to the gym, and it became just like an additional class I had to go to. Also, when you work out regularly, you feel better about yourself, and you are more motivated to stick to a healthy diet.
