Face the Music

I have 3 tests today.
You do too?
Good, I’m not alone!

One of my tests is over the book, The Jungle, which was not very interesting to me (to say the least), so I’m not sure how much of it I retained and how much of it...I didn’t! The fact that I zoomed through the last 5 chapters last night, may or may not have added to my faint understanding of what’s going on. Then again, since the last five chapters were just a propaganda ploy anyways, I should have just used that time to get some extra ZZZ’s.

Another one of my tests is over elimination and substitution reactions. Those two prior words are LOADED, just so you know! Then again, it’s chemistry, so I better knock it out of the ball park, right?

My last test is over Calculus (integration, derivatives…all of that fun stuff!), which is always a challenge because when you walk out of a Calculus test, you can never be too sure if you did well or not. What if that negative was really supposed to be a positive? Minus 5 points.

So, my day is looking up already, no? haha Well, I guess it’s time to face the music. The sooner that I get this day over with, the sooner that Friday will be here. And the soon that Friday is here, the closer I am to MONDAY…when I head home to see my family and my little rascals (aka 2 miniature schnauzers!). Maybe my enthusiasm will help me to get through today? One can only hope!
