You Don’t Train for this Triathlon

School, Summer or a combination of the two, drinking lots of water is a must! It prevents you from shoveling immense amounts of chips and popcorn into your mouth when you get bored and are trying to focus, it keeps your skin looking great (listen up girls!), it helps to regulate your body temperature and keeps your cells functioning correctly. So how, exactly, should we get our water fix?

Well, during my first year of college, I lived on the 9th floor and my parking lot was about a football field away from my building. Therefore, after a trip to the grocery store, someone from America’s Funniest Home Videos probably could have made a lot of money. Thankfully, no one was smart enough to get their cameras rolling. This year, to avoid the embarrassment of lugging/dropping heavy bags and a 24 pack of plastic water bottles (That would make for an interesting triathlon), I plan on buying a jug of water and a reusable bottle to fill up each day.
