Print it OFF!

Print off your Rec Center’s Schedule at the beginning of the semester and post it on your bulletin board. Make sure you look at it & USE IT! Although they may use colorful fonts and clip art of little cartoon people with massive muscles; It’s not just for decoration! Exercise not only keeps you in shape, but it is a great stress reliever and a healthy way to rev up your energy in the midst of some intense studying.

Don’t forget about the weight room. As fabulous as running on the treadmill and climbing a never ending hill on the Stairmaster can be, you should add in some strength training as well. You don’t want to have to make multiple trips from the library to your dorm while getting all of the necessary supplies for your term paper, do you?!

However, not all exercise flows out of a single building. Try going for a run with your buddies, taking a walk around the beautiful campus while studying your note cards or simply leave for class late and end up running in order to make it on time (sometimes, exercise is unintentional!). What is your favorite way to squeeze in exercise during your busy college schedule?
