Freezer or Not?

You know that "back to school" to-do list that seems to be a never-ending strain on your wallet? Well, I decided to start making my list and, more importantly, check some things off! One of the bigger purchases on my list is a Mini Fridge for my dorm. Who knew there were so many different types, sizes and colors? Freezer section or just a fridge (you don't have to defrost the freezer this way)?
My roommate bought the fridge our first year, and now that I have my own room, it's time for me to get my own. I have decided to purchase one from WalMart because I have about a 9 hour drive to school and instead of lugging a heavy appliance the whole way (dragging down my milage); they offer site-to-store, so I can just pick it up when I get there.
The three options that I am trying to decide between are:
1. Danby 1.8 cu. ft. Energy Star Refrigerator
2. Haier 2.7 Cubic Foot Energy Star Refrigerator
3. Danby Energy Star 2.5 cu.ft. Compact All-Refrigerator

I guess it all depends on size and whether or not I desire a freezer compartment (only #2 has one). Which would you choose?!
