Middle School...

Do you ever feel like you're still in middle school....Let me explain that...
In one of my core curriculum classes (aka required...not something I'm interested in...you know!
),there is a pretty cute kid who, of course, I noticed on the first day of class 
. We don't have assigned seats in this class, but people tend to be creatures of habit, so there is not too much moving around that goes on. However, today (after getting out of math 5 minutes early, giving me time to wash my coffee cup...just thought I'd throw that out there), I walked into speech class and the kid who usually sits next to me was no longer there....who was??...the cute kid! 
However, as schweet as that is, we didn't really talk (bummer!). This is what I'm talking about with middle schoolers..the whole boy/girl thing. College students are, of course, more mature and less squirrely (most of the time...haha), but the same basic concept is still there...
