A game of hide and seek

It's that time of year...when the flu bug comes creepin' out of hiding and he's looking for YOU...and me, apparently. But, here's the trick to this game: you need to spot him before he can tag you and reel you onto his team (like my analogy?!
).
Yesterday, when I got out of class, I just wasn't feeling in tip top shape. I had slight body aches and a scratchy throat that caused some unnecessary coughing. Instead of going to the gym as originally planned, I headed straight to WalGreens (sorry...CVS Pharmacy) and picked up some Sudafed (go for Thermaflu if you like it...). Then, I came home, popped the meds and parked it by the computer with some Campbell's Soup at Hand. I eventually parked it on the bed (rest is always best when your getting sick), but homework waits for no man!
I took some more medicine 4 hours later (as directed) and went to bed early. This morning, I woke up in tip top shape! If I hadn't felt better this morning, I would have headed to the minor emergency room. With swine flu and what not making it's way around, it's best to catch things early before they get to a certain point! Don't let that flu bug catch you...You don't want to be on his team...Trust me!
If you're already feeling healthy and all, then keep up the great work (eat right & exercise)...you're really good at this game!
