Make Time

So, you are a few weeks into school by now and your first test are probably rolling around (am I good or what?).
Make Time? Yea...not physically make time by turning your clocks back a few hours because, unless its daylight savings time, you will probably miss out on breakfast (and maybe a few other important things...). No, no. I am not even talking about studying or school...because I think we all do our best to study and whatnot (unless you are a mad party animal that goes out the night before a big exam...in which case..."Party now, Pay later".
Nope, I am talking about making time to exercise. I have been to the gym only a handful of times this year and I really think its time to buckle down and get to buisness. Anybody with me? It takes all of about 1 hour to go to the gym and nowadays there are TVs on the treadmills for goodness sakes! NO EXCUSES!
My excuses have been:
- I am overwhelmed with homework and am too busy.
- I don't want to be all sweaty for that thing I have to go to tonight...oh and I have alot of homework.
- I'm too tired (Hello, exercise=endorphins..so this statement is oxymoronic!).
- I don't feel very good. (Well, maybe you wouldn't have gotten sick if you were staying active!).
- etc, etc, etc, etc....
Bottom line: Schedule out times to go to the gym this week...or get in some form of exercise (Who says you need a gym!?). Sure walking around campus counts, but make some extra time to take care of your body.
Homework comes and goes, but you only get one body.
By the way, it's Thursday! About time, no?! Rock your upcoming tests!
