Googling EVOO

What’s up my college tips homies? Are you feeling the pressure of school right now? I’m sure we all are in one way or another. Is anyone furiously studying their notes and thinking to themselves… “Why in the world am I cramming this information in to my head?…I couldn’t be more bored/less interested!”
If so, then perhaps some of you guys are completely lost when it comes to what you want to major in?... I know some of you just read that and went “pshh…I’ve wanted to be a Chemical Engineer since I was in 4th grade!”. Well, that is grrreat for you (no really, go and conquer your degree plan! Set the world on fire!). However, I know that there are people out there who are struggling and I want to let you know that there is help out there. You don’t have to make this decision by yourself.
First and foremost, research to find out whether or not your school has a Career Center. I know that mine does and they are always itching to get their hands on students, give them a Strength Quests test and present them with a whole slew of career options that fit their personality (and tell you all about ‘em!). Don’t go 2+ years pursuing a business degree (or any other field of study that you may currently be working towards) just because that is what everyone else is doing. If you are not enjoying the idea of spending the rest of your life in the business world, then change things now before you dig yourself too far into a hole.
If your school does not offer that service, you can simply scour the list of degree plans that your school offers (most likely a LONG list…so search hard for the Career Services option before going this route) and simply jot down the ones that sound interesting to you and pertain to your abilities. Then, get googling (That’s a word these days! Is it in the dictionary yet? EVOO is…
).
If you are interested in Chemistry and like to eat and know all about your food, I would recommend a degree in Food Science…I might be a tad biased though?!
