Sure... your busy and you had to get up at 6:00 to make it to your 8AM on time (oh who are we kidding, you probably stumbled out of bed at 7:30); but how about while your grabbing your caffeine fix on the way to class, you also pick up your daily school newspaper.

No More Glasses

Hey everyone! I will be having eye muscle surgery on both eyes tomorrow at noon. Therefore, there will be no post tomorrow and possibly not on Tuesday either; but I will be back as soon as possible!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again….cereal is a college student’s best friend.
  • cheap
  • filling
  • (can be) nutritious
  • provides crunchy carb-y goodness (for quick fuel)
  • nonperishable
  • portable

Laptop or LapNOT?!

Just about every University has multiple computer labs and a library packed with row after row of desktops. So the eternal question rings true…Should you bring a laptop to college or not? This is mainly a question for incoming freshmen because many of the upper classmen have a laptop (if that tells you anything…).

Pros:
  • You don’t have to travel to the library over and over again.
  • You can save your work directly on your computer.
  • You can write notes (or pass the time) in classes

What's Your Style?!

One thing that I have found invaluable when it comes to college success is my planner (tracker, daybook, what have you…). Writing down my classes, tests, anticipated visits to the rec center, etc will make your life so much easier. Not everyone used their planner in Middle/High School (and you might have been considered a dork for doing so).
