I just got back from a Food Micro test that was less than stellar, despite the 4 hours of sleep that I got last night trying to study for it. Don't you hate it when tests utilize applied knowledge, as opposed to just simple Q&A. Oh college, what will I do with you? As I stated before, I stayed up into the wee hours of the night. However, I had Mr. Coffee crankin' out drinks like there was no tomorrow and a box of cereal to give me just the sugar rush that I needed to keep truckin' along!...

We had someone come and talk to us about Strength’s Quest yesterday. I am usually not one for speakers because sometimes they can be a little bit monotone and boring or so caught up in the information that they feel so passionately about that they lose their audience. However, this perky and cute lady broke out of that stereotype and was right up my alley. She was young and “fresh”, shall I say.

Anyways, if you have not taken a Strength’s Quest assessment, then you are missing out....

I have five tests this week. This is not an exaggeration (except for maybe in my dreams). I am fully prepared to only get 4 hours of sleep every night this week. Mark my word. I have just scheduled it in to my old grandma ways (Hello, 10:30 bedtime! I like to call it beauty sleep.). It just has to be done. What do you do when you have 2 club meetings, 5 tests, 2 nightly review sessions, 3- typed 6+ page lab reports and everything else that life throws your way? I am open to any and all tips at...

It's Friday! Did you know? What's on the agenda for today? A whole lotta somethin', that's what. One of these many "to-do's" that is hanging over my head is running to the library (I guess I don't actually need to run, but with my busy bee schedule, I haven't been to the gym in a while. So it might be a good idea to withstand the strange looks and squeeze in a mini workout...maybe...).

Upon arriving at the library, I will head upstairs to scrounge around for some books to aid in...

Hello! Did you think I forgot about you?! Not a chance...Okay, so maybe it did slip my jam-crammed mind just a little! Sorry about that. And while I would love to rant about my day to someone, I think that I will leave that for someone else (lucky them! ).

How has your day been? Don't you just hate it when people can talk on and on about themselves for hours and then let out a huge sigh and just move on. Not that I don't want to extend my sympathy because I most certainly know...
