    I am going to college next year and I have heard some frats are better than others. So what are the top fraternities? (Cutest boys, best parties...)

    It depends on the college or university, each chapter is different. A fraternity could be the top fraternity at one school, and the the worst fraternity at another school.

    Try to ask someone who already goes the school you are going to, they should know what are the best and what are the worst.
