Senioritis - High School Seniors

Information on high school senior students losing motivation

Senior year of high school is very difficult and may seem pointless, but you must try to do your best. If high school seniors get good grades the first 3/4 of the school year, then they can coast through the last quarter of the year, when the weather gets nicer and they have absolutely no motivation to do any work.

The last thing you want to do is slack off in the middle of the year and then have to play "catch up" at the end of the year while everyone else you know is skipping school to go to the beach, and relaxing.

So just keep in mind the harder you work for the next few months, the more you get to relax at the end of the year. High school is almost over, but college is a whole new experience, and you don't want to ruin your chances of going to college in one year (after 3 years of hard work), so do whatever it takes to stay focused and get good grades.

Some high school student seniors have reported the worst feeling in the world is waiting to find out if they passed classes (and are able to graduate).

So suck it up and get your work done now, and then you can enjoy the summer, and college life.
